Can I return it if I change my mind? No
These items are made-to-order, so we don’t accept returns/refunds for change of mind (wrong design/color, not liking the item, etc.).
Do EU customers have a 14-day right to cancel? EU
If your order is shipped into the EU, you may have the right to cancel/return within 14 days where required by law (may not apply to made-to-spec/personalized goods).
How long do refunds take? 10 biz days
Once approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days, email support.
